Emmanuel Polanco
Some very nice work by Emmanuel Polanco can be seen here. Some may say too close to Ewardo Recife, but I think he has his own thing going on.

good call on polanco. the hand type style is similar, but polanco is a bit more refined in both the type and the illustration style. however, i still prefer recife.
