For me, this (along with your hand dryers) demonstrates the power of being in a community.
The power of a group presentation transforms the nature of any image by itself; I love how photography has this kind of taxonomic ability.
I think it's the nature of that transformation that makes projects like these (Jeff Brouws' surveillance cameras is another one that comes to mind) so magnetic.
